Archbold Memorial Hosptial in Thomasville after a lengthy illness. The funeral will be at 11am Friday at First Baptist Church in Putney with burial in Floral Memory Gardens in Albany. The Rev. Keith Travis and The Rev. Smallwood will officate. A native of Calhoun County, Mrs. Peak was a homemaker. She was a charter member of First Baptist Church. She was the widow of Mitchell Taylor Peak. Survivors include three daughters, Gloria Dorminy of Sylvester, Brenda Ralston of Roswell and Mary Flowers of Cario; a son, Mitchell T. Peak of Cartersville; Four siters, Audrey Buchannan of Plans, Ruth Rigsby of Lathonia, Mara Dowell of Gainsville and Lana Bell Duckworth of Cordele; a half sister, Essie Howard of Dawson; and ten grandchildren. Visitation will be 7-9 pm today at Clark Funeral Home. |
